For the very first time, I bought a box of Partagas Lusitanias Gran Reserva, Cosecha 2007, at Cigarworld, Dusseldorf, Germany. I was really shocked when I opened the parcel and saw how they have shipped the box. The cigar-box was without any packaging-material around it, and so it comes at it has to come – damaged cigars in a slightly damaged box.
I’m wondering about this, as they write on their shop – they are the largest cigar-store in Europe, how they are shipping the cigars. I hope this was a one time mistake. I wrote them and now I’m waiting what they have to offer, to compensate the damage.

Erstmals habe ich bei Cigarworld, in Düsseldorf, Deutschland, eine Box Partagas Lusitanias Gran Reserva, Cosecha 2007, gekauft. Ich war schockiert, als ich das Paket öffnete und sah, wie sie die Zigarren versandt haben. Die Zigarren-Kiste war ohne Verpackungsmaterial im Paket und so kam es wie es kommen musste, beschädigte Zigarren und eine leicht beschädigte Box. Ich habe mich darüber gewundert, zumal sie auf ihrer Website schreiben – sie seien der grösste Zigarren-Shop Europas. Ich hoffe das war ein einmaliger Fehler. Ich habe ihnen geschrieben und warte nun was sie offerieren um die Beschädigungen zu kompensieren.
