Saint Luis Rey – Double Corona: This cigar is simply fantastic. In the packaging unit of 50 pieces in the cabinet, they mature perfectly. Unfortunately, this cigar has been discontinued since 2013 and is therefore no longer produced. I personally find that a great pity. At least there are still pictures and fond memories of it and happy aficionados & cigar collectors who still have some of this treasure in their humidors.
Further information about this cigar: It was produced from 2001. At that time in 50 boxes without bands. From 2006 they had a band. Ring gauge 49, length 194mm.
Tasting notes: Cold draw of wood and some hay. When smoking: Perfect draw, full body, woods, earth, some leather. Complex flavor profile, medium nicotine. Personal points: 94.

Saint Luis Rey – Double Corona: Diese Zigarre ist schlichtweg fantastisch. In der Verpackungseinheit 50 Stück im Cabinet reifen sie perfekt. Leider ist diese Zigarre seit dem Jahr 2013 ‘discontinued’ und wird damit nicht mehr produziert. Das finde ich persönlich sehr schade. Immerhin gibt es noch Bilder und schöne Erinnerungen davon und glückliche Aficionados & Zigarren-Sammler die noch etwas von diesem Schatz in ihren Humidoren haben.
