This is the highlight for me this year. The travel to the aficionado-paradise Cuba. We will stay during the Habanos-festival in Havanna with the Portmann-group and move afterwards to Santiago de Cuba, to the family of my girlfiend Yacqui. After I have planned to stay two weeks I have extended the travel to two and a half weeks.
The preparing has begun exactly at Jan 16th. It was the briefing for the Portmann-group at Kreuzlingen. Here we got the details of program for the days we stay with the group. And I can say it’s exceptional. First of all, it is a honor for me and my girlfriend to travel with Urs and his sons, Marc and Thomas. Nino, who is a member of the group, had a huge surprise for us all. He got two boxes of aged and very rare cigars from Min Ron NEE, which we can taste. Dies ist das Highlight für mich, in diesem Jahr. Die Reise in das Aficionado-Paradies Cuba. Wir werden am Habanos Festival mit der Portmann-Gruppe teilnehmen und reisen danach nach Santiago de Cuba, zur Familie meiner Freundin Yacqui. Nachdem ich für zwei Wochen geplant hatte, habe ich die Reise auf zweieinhalb Wochen verlängert.
Die Vorbereitung hatte exakterweise am 16. Februar begonnen. Wir hatten ein Briefing für die Prortmann-Reisegruppe in Kreuzlingen. Dort bekamen wir die Details für das Programm für die Tage mit der Gruppe. Ich kann sagen es ist hervorragend. Zuallererst, es ist eine Ehre für mich und meine Freunde mit Urs und seinen Söhnen, Marc und Thomas, teilzunehmen. Nino, der ein Teilnehmer der Gruppe ist, hatte eine Riesenüberraschung für uns alle.
